THE TENT & OUTDOOR SPACE MAX CAPACITY: 100 GUESTS Our outdoor event tent offers a stunning “vintage chic” backdrop for gatherings of all kinds — baby and bridal showers, small weddings, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, and more. This is a “do-it-yourself” style venue, beautifully equipped with the essentials you need to create a memorable celebration. You are welcome to use our seasonal theme or borrow decor from our garden sheds. Custom styling and staffing are available for an up charge. Prior to your celebration, we’ll meet with you to review lighting, sound, access codes, and other important details. Side-Swept Tree Arch framed by giant trees • Lush Greenery Wall & Champagne Rose Barndoor Backdrop • Speaker System & Mobile Wi-Fi TV • Patio Seating, (3) Fire Pits, & Yard Games • Huge Box Fan, Giant Ceiling Fans, & Heater • (3) Climate-Controlled Restrooms • Decor Sheds & Bins stocked with candles, lanterns, vases, signage, greenery, and more Optional Add-On: Caterer’s Kitchen – $300 Includes refrigeration, freezer, chargers, plates, silverware, decanters, serving platters, and table covers. ⸻ VENUE GUIDELINES To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, please review the following: • Music permitted until 10:00 PM per the City of Wentzville ordinance (no exceptions) • DJ’s or small bands allowed • No moving permanent fixtures or backdrops • No underage drinking or illegal activity • No smoking inside the tent (use designated outdoor areas) • Optional housekeeping fee of $250 for our staff to clean up after your event • Remove all food, beverages, and décor you brought in • Dispose of trash in the blue outdoor bins Security cameras are on-site. We reserve the right to end any event without refund in the case of destructive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
