A Note from Angie: Finding My Way Back to Barefoot

If you’ve been to Willow’s Locket, you’ve probably felt it — the OMG when you walk through the doors. The way the world seems warm and welcoming for the time being. Maybe it’s the music playing in the background, a gaggle of friends laughing, or just the feeling of stepping into a space that’s been well loved.

For me, Willow’s Locket has always been more than a venue. It’s been a living, breathing collection of stories — yours and mine. A place where people gather to celebrate beginnings, endings, and everything in between. Lately, I’ve been feeling a quiet pull — a nudge to return to what started all of this for me: simplicity, connection, and the kind of beauty that doesn’t need to be dressed up. A whisper calling me Back to Barefoot.

Back to Barefoot isn’t about leaving anything behind; it’s about coming home to self — the same heart that built Willow’s Locket, with the bare feet of my past love, OmTurtleYoga, Spa & Cafe. It’s an exploration of what it means to be grounded, to create with intention, and to honor the seasons of change that shape us.

You’ll start to see little glimpses — through stories, reflections, and offerings that feel a bit more personal, a bit more grounded. My hope is that you’ll come along for the journey, wherever it leads. Willow’s Locket remains the cozy, vintage gathering space you know and love — filled with laughter, candlelight, and celebration. But beneath it all, something new is quietly taking root.

With gratitude and bare feet, Angie Carron
