About the event
Gentle movement starting on the ground with deep stretches and breathwork then working our way up to core, balance, and strength. Join Willow's Warriors for a community based slow flow class perfect for any BODY. Super Bendy Body Not Required. Class will be held outdoors or in tent depending on weather. We will cancel class for inclement weather and heat advisories. Keep an eye on the schedule for cancellations. You will receive a text and email should a class be canceled. Ticket cost will be released back to your card.
Please bring a yoga mat. Blocks and strap provided but we recommend you have your own to continue practicing at home. We will have a few extra mats on hand should you forget yours.
If you can't make a class, please cancel by 12:00 PM the day of class for full credit. Any classes not cancelled will forfeit payment.
