Join us for long slow deep stretches and mindful meditation. Primarily a floor-based class designed for all levels to unlock stiffness in the mind and body. Super bendy body not required. We are practicing inside a candlelit tent with concrete floors. Somewhat climate controlled but subject to temp.

About the event
Join us for gentle, extended stretches and mindful meditation. This class is primarily floor-based and suitable for all levels, aimed at relieving stiffness in both mind and body. Bendy body is not necessary. We practice inside a candlelit tent on concrete floors, which is somewhat climate-controlled with fans but will be warmer in the summer. We will cancel class for inclement weather and heat advisories. Keep an eye on the schedule for cancellations. You will receive a text and email should a class be canceled. Ticket cost will be released back to your card.
Please bring a yoga mat. Blocks and strap provided but we recommend you have your own to continue practicing at home. We will have a few extra mats on hand should you forget yours.
If you can't make a class, please cancel by 12:00 PM the day of class for full credit. Any classes not cancelled…
