Get ready to immerse yourself in a magical experience at Willow's Social House! With upleveled decor, real touch florals, and multiple photo backdrops, you'll feel like you've stepped into a fairytale. Whether you're planning a rehearsal dinner, bridal or baby shower, birthday, or micro wedding, Willow's 1800 sq. ft. historic home is the place to be for up to 40 people!​ "The Social House" includes:

 

  • Cafe, Lounge, & Lobby Bar Includes Lounge room, cafe tables & seating for (24), vintage lobby bar with buffet tables and refrigeration, huge dessert tower, a giant party barge (perfect for a mimosa bar, chilled beverages or charcuterie), Keurig coffee maker, champagne, wine, and bourbon glasses, plates, silverware, beverage decanters, ice buckets, and upleveled decor. ​

  • Add the Photo Booth: Featuring the one and only 6ft Magic Mirror Photo Booth in St. Louis that prints and text photos instantly. Lots of rhinestone cowboy hats, glitzy accessories, and drawers full of fun props. Get a digital download of pics from your event. Includes more lounge seating and a TV. ​

  • Unlock Willows Attic: Double sided dressing lofts, 4 vanity tables with Hollywood mirrors, (2) lounge seating areas, mounds of florals, ring lighting, and a burlap body form for a dress. Perfect for a bridal suite or sipping wine with gal pals. Fits up to 12. 

  • Unlock Tom Foolery's Cigar Parlor: Ventilated room just off the lobby bar for those who want to sip bourbon and watch the game on TV. BYO cigar and beverages. Seats 8.

  • Optional Housekeeping Fee $250. A team of housekeepers will clean up after your event and box up decorations for pick up the next day.To opt out of an additional housekeeping fee you must leave the property clean, trash taken out, and all decorations removed within the rental period.

  • The House does not accommodate overnight stays. There are no beds or showers.

  • House rental does not include access to the tent, backyard, or outdoor bathrooms.​ Other renters may be onsite renting the outdoor area and catering kitchen at the same time. 

  • Outside food, beverages, & alcohol allowed. Ask about our preferred vendors and onsite catering.

Thank you for treating our property and neighbors respectfully. We are located inside a mixed business and residential neighborhood so music must be kept at a reasonable decibel and turned off at 10:00 PM. The house is handicap accessible with the exception of Willows Attic.

Looking for an extraordinary outdoor experience? Look no further than Willow's 2400 sq. ft. event tent! With a stunning 14 ft white dogwood or greenery canopy arch (Christmas trees in Dec/Jan), massive greenery wall, and multiple photo backdrops, this all-inclusive venue is sure to impress. Tent rental includes:

  • Tent and Outdoor Space: includes tables and chairs for up to 100 guests, a 14 ft tree arch, 9 ft. super lush 9 ft. greenery wall, large trees and decor, reclaimed barn bar, (4) bourbon barrel high-tops with seating, buffet tables, dessert table, (2) beverage coolers, optional decor- eucalyptus runners, bud vases, pillar candles & lanterns, event signage, card box, & table numbers. Giant cooling fans and heaters available. The outdoor space has a massive 4-sided Campfire Corral perfect for s'mores and storytelling, 4 clean restrooms, lots of patio seating, (3) cowboy grill/ firepits, decor shed, & yard games.

  • Add the Catering Kitchen: located in the renovated garage is a fully loaded commercial caterer's kitchen! Here's where you will get access to ice, plates, silverware, chargers, glassware, serving platters, refrigeration, linens, prep tables, dishwasher, oven, sinks. Perfect for DIY events and hired caterers.

Florals

We already provide a stunning venue packed with loads of florals, greenery and multiple backdrops but if you want more, we can custom create your florals using fresh flowers or save money and rent from our signature collection of premade "real touch" florals. Centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, head table, etc. We are your one stop shop! Average cost for an event under 100 people $500-2000.​

Event Coordination

We are a DIY venue but if you need a professional for stress free support, we have onsite event coordinators that will help with set up, break down, run of show, guest hospitality, venue and vendor management, and troubleshooting. $950 for 12 hours of event coordination or $100 per hour.​

Grazing Boards

4ft Brunch or Munch Charcuterie Board $600 up to 20ish people

We have relationships with preferred vendors such as photographers, catering, bakers, DJ's, bartenders, balloon artists and more. Don't hesitate to ask!
